At Wave Software we developed Trident with support in mind. Trident requires very little training,support and service. Trident is built with a self training interface and is built on a stable SQL platform. Listed below are the recommended requirements for Trident Pro.
Technical Requirements:

- Windows XP Pro SP2
- Windows Server 2003, 2008 Standard Edition
- Windows Vista with User Access Control (UAC) disabled
- Windows 7 with User Access Control (UAC) disabled
- Office Software:
- Microsoft Outlook 2007
- Lotus Notes Client v7 or v8.5
- Recommended Hardware:
- Multi-core processor
- 4GB of RAM per Trident installation
- A disk controller / firmware / driver combination that supports write-behind caching
- Hardware assisted virtualization (for virtual environments)
- All Outlook PST and Notes NSF files must be processed on a local hard drive or a network share
The complete version of our software includes E-mail De-Duplication,
E-mail Re-Generation, and Message Utilities, including Filtering capabilities. With Advanced Options you can custom select the fields for De-Duplication. Also, for both the
De-Duplication and Re-Generation, you can split the file sizes for storage on removable media, CDs or DVDs.
