At Wave Software we developed Trident with support in mind. Trident requires very little training,support and service. Trident is built with a self training interface and is built on a stable SQL platform. Below is our contact information the minimum requirements for Trident Pro.
The Trident Installer will prompt you to download NET2.0 framework if it is not currently installed on your PC.
Operating System:
Windows 2000 SP4, Windows XP, or Windows Server 2003 SP1 with .NET 2.0 framework. Trident also functions under all versions of Microsoft® Windows Vista with
User Access Control (UAC) disabled.
Office Software: Microsoft Outlook 2000, Outlook XP (2002), Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007,
Lotus Notes Client Version 7.0. (To be able to read PSTs greater than 2GB in size Outlook 2003
or 2007 is required).
Hard Disk: All PSTs processed must be accessible from a hard drive or network share. PSTs may not be used directly from a CD or DVD.
The complete version of our software includes E‐mail De‐Duplication, E‐mail Re‐Generation
and Message Utilities, including Filtering capabilities. With Advanced Options you can custom
select the fields for De‐Duplication and for both the De‐Duplication and Re‐Generation you
can split the file sizes for storage on removable media, CDs or DVDs.
