Trident Expert Technical Requirements

Supported Operating Systems:

• Windows 7
• Windows XP Pro SP2
• Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition
• Windows Vista

Required Software:

• Lotus Notes Client v7 or v8.5
• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
• Does Not Require Microsoft Outlook

Recommended Hardware:

• 4GB of RAM per Trident installation
• A disk controller/firmware/driver combination that supports write-behind caching
• Hardware assisted virtualization (for virtual environments)
• All mail stores must be processed on a local hard drive or a network share
