Wave Software and iFramework Formalize Strategic Partnership
ORLANDO, FL. and WASHINGTON, D.C., (July 30, 2009) - Orlando-based Wave Software, an
innovator in the de-duplication, near-duplicate detection, regeneration and export of native
electronic data and iFramework, a recognized leader in providing a collaborative project
management solution for litigation support departments, today jointly announced a strategic
partnership that will integrate iFramework with Wave Software’s Trident Pro.
Trident Pro integrates seamlessly into the law firm, corporate legal or legal service provider’s
current workflow processes. It allows users to review electronic data in a standard review tool
and isolate the responsive data that can then be delivered to opposing counsel in their native
file format. The industry-first, built-in Native Review Bridge capability automatically maps fields
and loads data from Trident Pro into common review platforms including CT Summation,
Concordance and iCONECT.
iFramework has established itself as a leader in the litigation project management space. It is
currently being used by AmLaw 100 law firms to manage work flow, tasks, calendars, evidence,
vendors and invoices. Now, with the release of version 5.0, iFramework also integrates with
automated processes and tools, especially Trident Pro, to allow an unprecedented view into the
discovery lifecycle.
Now, as Trident Pro filters and culls discovery data, including foreign language documents,
PSTs, NSFs and loose files, iFramework will provide near-real-time metrics on the tasks being
performed within Trident Pro. This integration will allow project managers to better control
projects and meet deadlines because the metrics of their projects being processed in Trident
Pro will be easily accessible and continually updated within iFramework. Managers will have
access to project data, down to a custodian level, including processing status, volume, and
speed. Managers will have the ability to track and resource balance multiple instances of Trident
Pro, running on the same or varied projects, all from one central location that also integrates
with the tracking of team members, tasks, calendars and evidence.
