Account Manager
Qualifications

1. BS/BA or equivalent
2. 2-4 years proven sales experience.
3. Strong Customer Service, relationship development and customer satisfaction skills

Responsiblities

This position exists to grow revenue through the sales of Wave Software products and solutions to current customers in there assigned territory or industry specific vertical.  The Account Manager will meet or exceed objectives in the areas of new revenue through enhanced current customer products and solutions that can be provided from Wave Software.

Salary Range:30,000 To 31,000 plus commission total Comp targeted at 75K.

Collection Services Officer
Qualifications

1.  Associate's degree in business/accounting or equivalent work experience.
2.  One to three years work experience within the company, preferably from the credit & collection department.
3.  Excellent verbal and written communications skills including appropriate use of grammar.
4.  Superior telephone skills with an emphasis on professionalism and customer service.
5.  Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.  Ability to reason and apply good judgment is a must.
6.  Must be proficient with the PC in a Windows environment.
7.  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with little direction.
8.  Preferences include experience with an "on-line" customer information system and experience in the legal industry.

Responsibilities

Protect and administer the Accounts Receivable assets of the off-line business by maintaining and managing a portfolio of accounts in a manner that will maximize profitable sales and minimize bad debt losses.  Responsible for the collection of all past due accounts aged at 90+ days.  This position evaluates the credit potential of both existing and new customer and makes independent decisions based on historical and external data.  This position interacts constantly with customers and sales & marketing to make informed and consistent decisions.

Salary Range:28,000 To 31,000

The Inside Sales Representative must have a track record of cold calling, running consultative appointments, closing deals and customer retention.   These individuals must be results oriented, as we need to significantly increase our team’s Independent and franchise dealer market share.  In addition, the position must work closely with various cars.com teams to ensure sales channel coordination, cooperation and long-term success.

Salary Range 20k to 25K Depending on Experience total Compensation at goal is 50K
